Senior Pastor
The Reverend Dr. William E. (Bill) Dudley is in his 20th year of ministry as Senior Pastor of Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church in Signal Mountain, Tennessee. A native of Opelika, Alabama, and a covenant child of First Presbyterian Church of Opelika, he is a graduate of Auburn University and received both his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Columbia Theological Seminary.

Associate Pastor of Congregational Life
Tim Filston grew up in North Carolina and is a graduate of Furman University. He has a masters from Gordon-Conwell and a doctorate from RTS.
After serving churches in Houston and Orlando, Tim came to Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church in 2003. He serves as Pastor of Congregational Life. Although his focus is discipleship, Tim also oversees local mission partnerships throughout Chattanooga. This link is intentional, with the goal of seeing discipleship culminate in service and leadership.

Associate Pastor of Youth and Families
The Reverend Dr. Chris Tyler Robinson is an ordained minister in the EPC and has previously served as an associate minister at Highland Park Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas, as well as Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church in Augusta, Georgia. He earned his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of South Carolina, a Masters of Divinity degree at Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, Virginia and his Bachelors degree at Anderson College in Anderson, Indiana.

Assistant Pastor
The Reverend David J. Burke and his wife Kelsey came to Chattanooga in July of 1998. God called them to the ministry called The House: University Ministries of Chattanooga. They have fallen in love with the city, and the work that He has given them to do. In ten years, they have seen God grow this ministry to now a weekly worship service of over 200 students, with the majority of them in small group Bible study, service in the community and the church, and participating in short-term mission trips around the world.
