Youth Ringers

New this year, this group is for grades 6 to 12 and meets on Wednesday's from 5:00-6:00 PM in Room 290.

Worship Band

This small ensemble combines guitar, percussion, keyboard and other instruments to lead contemporary musical worship.

Jubilation Ringers

Jubilation Ringers is an auditioned handbell ensemble meeting on Tuesdays at 4:30 PM.  Ringers perform periodically throughout the year in worship services and concerts.

 

Choirs

Sanctuary Choir

Sanctuary Choir is our primary adult musical ensemble. They perform weekly in services and in sacred concerts throughout the year. The Choir is open to anyone interested. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 7:30 - 9:00 in the Cornerstone Music Suite.

Joy Choir:  4 Yrs - Kindergarten

Joy Choir meets on Wednesday's from 7:00-7:30 PM.  Leaders give children opportunities to sing, move, play instruments, and create as an age appropriate experience of worshipping God through music.

Praise Choir:  Grades 1 & 2

Praise Choir meets on Wednesday's from 6:30-7:00 PM.  Leaders teach the young singers beginning music literacy skills as well as opportunities to explore instruments music in a worship setting.  This is an excellent preparation for learning to use the singing voice and being a future Westminster Singer.

Westminster Singers

Our theme for this year is "Designed to Worship!" We are a non-audition choir for children in grades 3 to 6 who desire a challenging choral experience as well as fun!  This group meets Wednesdays at 5:00 PM in Room 290, the newly redecorated Westminster Choir and Handbell Rehearsal Room. We lead in worship services, sing in seasonal concerts, and perform a fun Musical Production in the Spring!  

Small Ensembles

There are two small auditioned ensembles specializing in contemporary worship music.  These groups offer songs and anthems and also lead times of praise and worship.  Call the Music Ministry Office for more details.
