MOPS International exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! 

MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and all filled with unique needs.

Signal Mountain MOPS meets September through May here at SMPC.  We meet one Friday of each month from 9:30-11:30 AM for brunch, interaction, and learning time covering a variety of topics pertaining to mothers.  We also take our children on a fun outing another Friday each month.

Much time and prayer has been put into making this a wonderful and positive experience for you and your children.  We hope you will find great friends, wonderful playmates for your children and lots of memories to add to this special time in your life.
