Map & Directions

From Knoxville and points Northeast of Chattanooga:

• Take I-75 South to Chattanooga.
• Take I-24 West from I-75.  This will be in the direction to Nashville.
• Follow directions below

From Atlanta and points South/Southeast of Chattanooga:

• Take I-75 North to Chattanooga.
• Take I-24 West from I-75.  This will be in the direction to Nashville.
• Follow directions below

 From Nashville and points West/Northwest of Chattanooga:

• Take I-24, East to Chattanooga.
• Follow directions below

• Take Exit 178 from I-24 which is marked: US 27 North - Downtown (also has the exit for Lookout Mtn.)    Stay in left lanes for US 27 North.

• Follow US 27 North alongside the downtown area for about 3.5 miles.  You will cross the Tennessee River. Follow this highway to the exit for "Signal Mountain - Hwy. 127 North."

• Take this exit to the right for 127 and curve around the exit ramp.

• Follow US 127 North to Signal Mountain.  You will pass Wal-Mart on your left.  Shortly after that, you will pass a Burger King on your right.  After that you will begin climbing the mountain.

• Follow the winding curved road.

• About 3/4 of the way up the mountain, you will see a "WELCOME" to Signal Mountain sign.  The road forks here; bear left.  Continue following US 127 North 0.6 mile.

• You will see a traffic light ahead of you. This is the only traffic light on the mountain. CVS will be on your right.  Just BEFORE the traffic light (the first road), take a left.  This road is called Signal Mountain Boulevard.  After you turn, Jamestown Condominiums will be on your left.

• After a short distance of about 0.1 of a mile, this street will converge with several other streets.  Take the street which curves a bit to your right and goes up.  This street is Maryland.

• You will pass Kentucky Avenue on both your right and left and the Mountain Art Center on your right. The next street to your left will be James Boulevard.  Take a sharp left on to James.  Should you pass the Signal Mountain Golf and Country Club on your left, you have gone too far.

• Go about 0.2 mile and the church will be on your left.
